The application for handling company orders, was created to optimize and digitize business processes.
The Swedish company Gusten Persson deals with the renovation of wooden windows in old tenements
First of all, the system was abble to streamline and automate the company's main business processes, improve the transparency of offered services and provide necessary information for clients and business administration. As a result of the analysis, the enterprise's work process was established and streamlined, which was to be supported by an IT system
The main challenge posed to the system was the availability of its services on many platforms and the diverse functionality of the application depending on the role of the logged user. As a result, have been created applications, that create one coherent system.
The delivered solution consists of applications for mobile devices (Android and iOS), a web application and an API that allows to connect the application into one reliable system. The system allows, among others:
- keeping records of elements using labels with QR codes
- printing labels from a mobile application on Zebra mobile printers
- documentation and control of work performed
- approval of additional work by the client
- providing project information, statistics and generating reports
The application replaced paper orders, facilitated and optimized work at Gusten Persson company, and thus saved a lot of time and money.
